I’ve been good over Xmas but I’m still overweight. I saw my reflection today and it spurred me on. I’m going to Kos in April and I want to be slim by then. Everything I eat I write down as of today, it might not work for everyone but it is for me,

Thing is if their aint shit in the house i wont eat it.But sadly Christmas is a nightmare. Thru the year im ok & good as gold. I need to keep at 14 stone, im happy at that weight. Health experts say i should be 11.5 stone for my age & height. fuck id look Anorexic at that weight.

It’s whatever you’re comfortable with. For me, I’m 5’9 but have to be light to feel comfortable. 10 stone 10lbs feels about right, but I can live with an extra stone. Any more than that and I feel increasingly awful. I also feel years younger when I’m slim and years older when I’m fat. Covid lockdown put loads of weight on me and I’ve never really got back to my ideal weight ever since. This year I will because I’m ready mentally.
