I think I’m getting worse. I have well over 100 Hi-Fi mags that I should just bin, but I can’t do it. Nobody wants them so I can’t clear them.
I have over 50 model planes and little remaining shelf space. They are all expensive to buy and hold value well, but I’ve just bought most of them and am already tired of them.
I have about 500 CDs. About 200 haven’t even been played. Another 200 rarely if ever played. The remaining 100 I do play.
I have about 250 records which isn’t a lot, but half of them I don’t play.
I have a few bits of Hi-Fi hanging around unused. My Sonneteer Campion is really the only bit I’m too attached to. The unused bits include, JPW sonatas, Q Acoustics 2010i, Albarry integrated, myst tuner, Trichord Dino, Bellari valve phono, Micromega Duo DAC, Denon CD/Amp and Denon AV Receiver, Pioneer DV707, various cartridges., spare rack and spare speaker stands.
I have too many laptops, MacBooks and iPads too. All apart from the latest laptop and iPads are shite but you never want to get rid of a hard drive in case someone gets info off it.
I really do need a clear out but I’m just not ready to face the hassle.
