Totally agree. The most important thing they need to do is reduce the world population. It’s getting well out of hand. There needs to be a joined up plan to manage down the world population over time. Thee are many ways of incentivising behaviour through tax and benefits. As it’s usually the people least able to pay for bringing up children who have the largest families, I’d start with benefits and foreign aid, linking them to not over-breeding. Well you cant blame the Chinese for that arnt they allowed 2 Kids max? USA are a big problem with Global Warming, i think they are the second biggest. But China when you see picture it looks like something out of Victorian Industrial Revolution.

Thunder & lightning all yesterday evening, it didnt half come down. Ive never seen lightning strikes & thunder cracks as loud for a very long time. I was out on the Balcony for an hour watching it till i saw a lightning strike reach out of the clouds to the ground & that ofc was the moment i was off in like a rat up a drainpipe.

Only light sprinkles here last night, but that's often to be expected in this little peninsula between two rivers. Sunny this morning but we'll still need to water the plant pots tonight as I doubt they'd got much if anything..

We had loads of rain here, a bit too soon after I’d done some exterior painting. Glad to see it was ok this morning.

Stuffy and 'close' here this morning. Pollen count very high apparently, so that's my Hay fever gone for a burton - I have two nose sprays and a prescription anti-histamine as well and it's still not enough sometimes. Since our 'air' mostly comes across from 'inland' maybe we really should have moved to Nth Wales when we had the chance as their 'air' comes across the Irish Sea I think, along with all the rain!!!

Same here. It’s been dark, wet and really windy. Oh and cold too. Not great is it? I always feel so sorry for the wildlife and the farm animals in this sort of weather. I think it’s time to start feeding the birds. I wish they wouldn’t shit all over our windows though lol.
