Only just discovered this. I love so much of his music over the years, but he seemed to be a heavy smoker and he'd aged a lot in his fifties and sixties. Now passed at 70 years old which is nothing these days. Still, an excellent musician with a style I always found enjoyable.
Last one - this below was indescribably painful on vinyl played into passive Isobariks

Deep Distance holds a special place in my heart, but I won't bother you with the story if you dislike his music... The early 'Tempel albums are before my time and Can is the only band from that era I really get along with.

Proggers make a big deal out of early German Rock music bands but i always thought it poor compared to ours. However its always sad when people pass on. |
