You kno when i was sorting thru CD deciding what to get shut of i was truly struggling with what to keep cos mate there is very little that's any good. Really im not pulling your leg its the troof. Utter Junk. I got it right donkies years ago when i was just into ELP/KING CRIMSON/YES. Should have just stuck with those & ignored the rest

Shocker this. I've had the good fortune to meet T.S. numerous times over the years, especially since he based himself in The Midlands. He was always kind, down-to-earth and humble - all in all, a very decent human being. Sadly, he had been ill for a while now. In their heyday, The Groundhogs sold shitloads of albums and had a terrific run during the 1969 to 1973 period. As Karns very correctly points out, they were most definitely not a Prog band but were died-in-the-wool bluesmen by trade. However, by introducing mellotrons and synths on their 'Who Will Save The World' and 'Hogwash' albums, a close crossover was achieved. R.I.P. Tony. You certainly made a difference.
