...where I bought fox-all.
A friend made $700 on stock market so blew gas and took me some 40 miles out. He bought $75 worth lps (all on my recommendation). I bought fox-all.
There were at least 15 vendors who had a minimum of a crate of lps.
Not that there was n0thing for me, but I have a limit of paying $8 per lp and average price was about $12. (There was one great buy - Adrian Wagner "Inca" lp UK press for only $3 like minto . But I have it and I'm not buying anymore duplicates ,seeing how its very hard to find peeps here willing to trade vinyl.)
My friend got: Patrick Moraz - I Mayall (with all the greats: Bruce, Keef Hartly,....) real nice textured 2lp (with textured booklet!) Bill Bruford - first solo Brand X Incredible String Band - horses
Lps I saw which caught my eye: Lee Akers & Electric Generation (Long on my wantlist. Exploito. Never heard it. Seen tracklist for first time and this put me off completely - looks like all "girlie," love-me-do type titles. Gets removed from the list, for sure.)
Phil Upchurch great black guitarist. 2lp set I never heard of.
Dr. Z reissue of course. Orig is one of three rarest Vertigos. NOT Arkama but some label I never enountered beefwhore. Doesn't show up on Gripsweat
Muckram Wakes two titles of UK traditional folk. $10 each. I should have bought them but I'm short on money (just paid $460 to fix a SINGLE tooth.
Uriah Heep - salisbury UK
So...no buys but mucho digging fun.

The Dr.z will be Si-Wan. Its actually better than the Akarma imho but the sleeve is more flimsy, The Akarma however is too a heavy card stock. The Si-wan has a facsimile of the A Side swirly label.
I never believed there was originally only 80 pressings. Too many come up for sale to be believable imho. I even had a mint 1st issue in the late 80's plus the don't do runs of 80!
My CD of it is the 1993 Second Battle edition, its the only one available in a Jewel Case all other editions are mini LP designs.

This morning I attended library book clearance sale. There were lotta CDs too. Dead cheap - as much as you can fill a tote bag with, for $15.
I COULD NOT BELIEVE the lineup. Alien lifeforms from all directions. It was fucking 2 city blocks long!
Like Moody Blues say "another day's useless energy spent". I went home empty-handed. Even giving them away basically free, I was reluctant to take anything. Trouble was the bookworms had only contemporary shit authors to take home - and Im after the classics.
As to cds - there was enough to make your head swim. Trouble is, AGAIN, only current "artists" of which I know next to nothing ...and don't want to know. Basically no 70s rock.
I DID see Roger Waters "The Wall" cd, but that sucks ass-shit. And there was a Kansas cd, but that likely was a "best of" so I told it to fuck off.
So, 45 minutes of grubbing alienlife form shit and nothing to show for it . What fun.
All I got from this adventure was (likely) covid. The big hall was full cheek-to-jowl with these (overweight) lifeforms breathing into your face. And not a mask to be seen.
Cocksucker of a morning.
