I think it stinks myself, at least currently. trying to cash in on a classic style and making it light up like an orange Christmas tree, judging by the pictures! The preamp has screws on the sides, so nothing like the elegant two-screw *from the back* case fixings of the originals...
My dealer pal has a set on order and I'm open to change my initial negative vibes when seen in the flesh.
In the meantime, I'll treasure my originals and work on getting the funds together to restore the gifted 303 sat here that needs some work on it before I can even think of selling it - it's pulling too much current on switch-on compared to the 'good' one.
