The larger ones were interesting (take that any way you like ) but I don't recall we ever had the small ones. Bob G often did things well against convention of the times and what's now known as a waveguide on the HF1300 was seriously 'different' back then I believe...

Why is everyone taking the piss, everything no matter what it is. This is a prime example, Its not even an original issue its a Polydor Re-issue. ffks you can by the Vinyl for that. While ever people are being idiots buying them at this price they are going to be a created price point. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/156098444350?

Whenever you list anything it gives you a suggested price. Lately I’ve noticed that this is based on listing prices, not sold prices. So you soon get a few items listed at very similar prices and the sheep start paying it. From there it just becomes the “market” price on eBay, albeit a manipulated one. And of course eBay makes more commission.

That's what i mean about a created price point, Seller looks up completed listing see the prices, pick the largest amount like greedy opportunists do & lists his, It sells gain at that last high price where then the price point is created which does not vary that much then

I’ve not see one of these before but my hifi journey only started in 1986 and this is likely just before that. It looks a bit “Rotel” although you can barely see anything www.ebay.co.uk/itm/116162753351?

Well that’s my curiosity satisfied! Same kind of idea as the AUDIOLAB '8000a' where as it was an Integrated amp but you could add the matching power amp & use it in bridged mode. I never had the Power amp tho.

That seems a lot he’s asking, Always the same old bollox with anything that has the slightest resemblance to LS3/5a.

That seems a lot he’s asking, Always the same old bollox with anything that has the slightest resemblance to LS3/5a. Nice solid boxes (a friend of mine had a pair and these had internal metal corner re-enforcements) but they did 'squeak' a bit tonally I remember. Not like LS3/5A's or Kans at their worst I admit, but not exactly smooth or bland as in KEFs R101 which was a snooze-fest I recall...
