Always the same old bollox with anything that has the slightest resemblance to LS3/5a. Nice solid boxes (a friend of mine had a pair and these had internal metal corner re-enforcements) but they did 'squeak' a bit tonally I remember. Not like LS3/5A's or Kans at their worst I admit, but not exactly smooth or bland as in KEFs R101 which was a snooze-fest I recall...
I used to have the very first CRESTA. audio.mezei.fr/images/kefCresta/KefCresta.02.JPG

Pricey but they have been rebuilt with Rubber surrounds. These units were constructed from Wharfdale Baskets, The original foam surrounds usually rot away. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/176349308385?

You dont see those CANTOR very often, they are unpopular theses days because they were designed for wall mounting, only being about 4.5" deep www.ebay.co.uk/itm/256463414644?

It always makes me smile when speakers with the T27 and B200 go cheap, yet smaller speakers with T27 and B110:just keep on rising. I remember Kane and Saras being similar prices used until very recently.

FFS some people shouldn’t be allowed to own hifi. Whilst I might not like the presentation of these, there is no doubt that they are beautifully made and should be treasured. That doesn’t include storing in a shed. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/186424202712?

I keep wondering where the price ceiling is for these, but so far they just keep on climbing in price.
