I’ve been watching Agatha Raisin tonight. I always enjoy watching Ashley Jensen. Very funny.
Also, Dave Gorman’s Modern Life is Goodish. I love the way his mind works.

I hate watching TV. We got a new Samsung TV & the sound drives me nuts, Spent hours on end trying to tailor it but being digital broadcast these days you get blasted out when music comes on lower level the rest, you are forever turning it up & down. The wife always has it on full blast which does my head in, i have to leave the room most times.

Tried a couple of different sound bar but that drove me even more nutz. TV would be on Number 8 on volume all the time if i were single. I can cope if its low level.

Same things drive me nuts. You turn it up to hear dialogue, then music, sound effects and adverts are blasting. I’d buy any telly that meaningfully corrected the sound balance and auto-muted adverts.

'PERSONAL SERVICES' 1980's film with Julie Walters where shes a single mum that goes from being a waitress to a madam of a brothel primarily for old men. So funny at the end where the Brothel gets raided & she has to go to court to find the judge & all his bench are regular customers of the Brothel

GOODBYE MR TOM [John Thaw]. Excellent has me blubbering all the time, Wars are horrid things & one of the reason i dispise Politicians [War Pigs]. My dad was sent of to a small village in Lincolnshire during the war the same for his saftey but stayed out there well into the 1950's.
I personally think its the best thing John Thaw done.I think the wife has it on DVD anyway.
