Why does it never hardly see a Lagit Vinyl Re-issue. Reasons being, its a risk due to apparent potential low sales. Well i got news to the reverse. They will sell out in a very short time. 1- These days there is a massive interest in the late 60's/Early 70's obscure prog 2 - 1st issues fetch so much money on the used market that people cannot afford a copy Even a new Re-issue will be worth a lot in no time because of the Band & the valuable 1st issue LP it is, they become collectors Records automatically. Its not a gamble at all. For god sake Vinyl is back in fashion, its seem mad not to Re-issue em. Prog heads generally have turntables rather than CD's anyway, its just how true proggers are

Why on gods earth have they done the labels like that. Sorry but i cannot live with those. First time i ever saw cop out labels like that was on IRON MADENS 'NUMBER OF THE BEAST' LP in about 1982.
Putting what basically looks like someone cut of a circular section of a CD cover is not the same as a Swirl Vertigo logo label is it.

Just a waiting game for stuff to be Re-issued on Fuzzies. These companies like Repertoire & Esoteric who have/had the rights to release them on CD' i do not see why an LP issue cant be released also or maybe a whole new rights are required for vinyl! i dunno. Ill probably be 6ft under by the time stuff i want comes back out Thing is with most these bands back then in the early 70's shit or none existant promotion/advertising what a giant contribution to lack of sales & their eventual demise as a band.. This seems to be the issue these days too cos things get re-issued & even yours truly that trawls the internet all the time are not even aware of some of them. Absolutely no excuse with the internet. Forget about possible lack of sales cos times change, Obscure Prog is a big thing its very sought after/desirable these days. Even though they maybe re-issues they will be 100% collectors items as soon as they go out of press.

Well there was a decent RSD reissue a while back. This will be from digital. I see they are doing Moving Waves again on purple vinyl. Bought the first effort a few years back and sounded pants up against an original. Being Dutch I was hoping they would use original tapes.

Yeh i bought all those FOCUS LP on the Red Bullet label. The covers were of great quality but the labels were shit design.
The best sounding 'MOVING WAVES' LP was on the Blue Horizon label.

The two MANFRED MANN CHAPTER THREE LP's have a Re-issue. These are an official label that does MANFRED MANN stuff. No idea what they sound like but theres no other issues than the original Swirl Verts

What is it with Van Der Graaf Generator 1970's catalogue always getting over looked when it comes to vinyl Re-issue? All fine reissuing the 'Aerosol grey machine' set which im eternally thankful for as it sounds great but random on off releases are not much good are they? I remember back in around 2014 'Least we can do is wave to each other' got worked on at Abbey road & officially released on vinyl but that was it!
For crying out alound some right old shite gets released on vinyl these days being a flaming fad it is. Do us all a favour & release some proper music. If the industry thinks for one second they wont sell in quantity they are very wrong, but as always they dont know what the hell they are doing when it comes to what people want. If its a case of looking back at past sales thats rather stupid as times change, what people were not keen of back then is totally the opposite now a days.
