Lately it’s really, really lifted my mood. I’ve gone from miserable to happy and it’s all down to listening to more and more music.
It’s also quelling my appetite. I’ve put on a fair bit of weight due to not leaving the house in almost a year, but I can feel a difference already.
Of course the increasing amount of daylight each day is a factor too, but it’s the music that’s turning my whole being around, Daft to say this but I feel like it’s reversing the ageing that I’ve had in the last 2-3 years.

I think that’s why I get so hacked off with objectivists, they always want to tell you what you should choose, based on a spec sheet and a few charts. Music is personal. There is no objective “right”. It’s just as ridiculous as trying to tell someone what type of music they should be listening to.

One thing i refuse to do is be a Yes man to get on with people. Same with Hi-Fi i wont be a sheep to keep in with people.
No right & wrong with Hi-Fi the end sound that pleases you is all that matters, fuck what others think, aint their ears of Hi-Fi is it? . All these silly derigur rules that brain washed muppets come along & try drilling into others is very tiring, infact they are counterproductive, the worse ever stereo i have had are the ideal for these people, probably the reason they are never happy & continually keep swapping & changing equipment. Delusion is a very odd thing.Ive had & swapped out a lot of stuff but its pretty much been either the looks, build/quality or usability ive not been happy with, very rare its been for sound improvements unless its really bad in which ive had a few that were made up of .what these people try drilling into others.
I once asked someone that was against Tone controls that if you had a poor sounding record that only required a bit of Treble boost to make it sound better would you not use it? The reply was certainly not! The Logic in that is beggars belief.
