Some LP's that just dont seem to get re-issued that is really beyond criminal. YES 'GOING FOR THE ONE' & 'TORMATO' have not had a proper UK/Europe Re-issue for donkies years. For heavens sake everyone loves 'GOING FOR THE ONE' & 'TORMATO' is one of their best fuzzies. If they think people will entertain pathetic Picture Discs of it they are sadly mistaken, we aint kids & its not the 80's anymore While we are on YES. I don't expect 'YESSONGS' to get re-issued on Vinyl cos the cost involved would be far too high, Besides since the release of the 'SEVEN SHOWS FROM 72' CD set theres a bigger chance of each show from that going to a vinyl issue. But then again would people want to buy seven of a similar show! btw i think the NASSAU COLISEUM '72 show is the best out of em.. While they are at it not included in that set but im sure the full RAINBOW THEATRE gig partly used on 'YESSONGS' for "CLOSE TO THE EDGE" & "STARSHIP POOPER DOOPER" they must have the full show tapes somewhere of at least one of the nights. Just so much scope to make money & keep us Vinyl people happy Said this for years, Prog bands should have professional recorded most their gigs at least thru the mixing board, they could have made a killing these days with fans new & old, you know what they are like they will buy anything & everything available from their beloved bands. & small venues always sound better than big ones.
