Ive been in the lock up this afternoon fishing out CD's i cant find. I swear blind ive lost a box or i might have given some away. I also swear blind there was four boxes i put in there originally!. Ive had the whole lock up out nothing else.. there was deffo four boxes of 100. You don't loose a box of 100 CD', i have to have given them away. I vaguely remember sending Marco on AOS quite a lot.
So its back to buying in what im missing. I was browsing online yesterday looking cos i knew i would not find them, o dear i cant find some anywhere. hence my thread about CD having its day..
Im in two minds just use the CD player or use WAV files from the CD's, either way i need the CD's. The CD player has had a lot of work on it including a Trichord clock installed & a full flashy recap. I did have an AUDIO ALCHEMY 'DAC IN A BOX' i used with it. Also had a CAMBRIDGE AUDIO 'S700' ISOMAGIC DAC come Isolation table i used for my HDCD discs. I think this is the only CD player i have kept since i bought it new which must have been about 20 years ago, its certainly one of the best machines SONY made imho.
Anyway today i found on Amazon
