Start this in a new Topic in respect of Baggs last post.
One thing that fans do that is extremely wierd to me is getttig attached to Musicians. However i am eternally thankfull for the music these artists give if it is good but thats as far as it goes. Its all like a deal done for me. They go in studio record music sell it tour it Job done cos that is what it it is a JOB. Now ive never realy been into seeing musicians live even though ive seen loads, i just dont see the attachment to the performer, I actually cringe when fans go crazy over em, i just feel like crawling under the nearest stall. i much prefer to listen at home in isolation. Now fanatics that feel like their world has fallen apart when an artist leaves this world, i truly believe they are wired up wrong.

I’m on the same page as you. It’s just a few tunes.

And by the time most snuff it, they are well past their music making days, so I’m not going to miss out. Idolising singers, musicians or bands is no different to schoolgirls screaming over Harry Stiles or some other boyband no-mark.
