I'm attached to much of his music that I have. Crystal Lake is a winter's land(sound)scape, but to me it's also warm and comforting, sunbathing in the back garden at the time with a wonderful feeling of peace with the track playing quietly on the cassette recorder. The second side 'Velvet Voyage' represents how I am and feel now - absolutely lost, desolate and crying out to the cosmos. If this link works, it's hius description of how to interpret or not his music www.45worlds.com/i/11d6418e56e6d09f5a7

Sometimes, what they say in the music really jives with people. My better half reacted strongly and badly to the death of Chester Bennington as his lyrics struck many chords with her. I appreciated what he was trying to say (or tunefully shout) in Linkin Park, but his feelings weren't mine. Of all KS's contemporaries, Manuel Gottsching (Ashra) is probably closest I think and at times, Ulrich Schnauss as well -

Oh man. I did not see this coming.
As a teenager I lost a few days sleep bothering about whether I get "Cyborg" lp or not.
Schultze was the man who sparked more than one phenomenon.
Who's left of the Berlin school?
