I had another idiot this morning. You know independant Record shop moan about bug companies like Amaon yet they are their own worse enemy. Asked if this seller used Envolope style or wrap around mailers? I got this reply. Why the hell should i need to put a note in to take extra care, this should go without saying. All i can see is they are cheap shit mailers stuffed with Card stiffners that are absolutely no use nor ornament. This is exactly why i use Amazon if i can oversize dent proof mailers - had very little problems
pls mention on your order to pack very well and we will take extra careI don’t buy that many records but about two thirds come well packed in the proper mailers, not the envelope style ones. These are just ordinary punters, not shops. If they can get it right, why not shops? |

Another irritating thing with Amazon is they started importing Records from Amazon facility in Europe in which they never tell you this when ordering. More chance of damage & longer delivery time & if you have Prime how that work then? When they arrive damaged you re order a replacement that takes another week with again more chance of it arriving damaged.

Cost cutting so when it comes to complaining about damage over using cheap shit packing then the profit is down the drain hence the usual ignoring mails etc.. Ive just had it with a seller. The guy is there straight away when answering mails over potential sale, as soon as it arrived damaged cos he couldnt be arsed to pack it right its now the silent treatment. Like i say most Independant are shit & deserve to go down the tubes. Believe me i hate buying records mail order puts me in a bad ferkin mood |

Today i got an E-Mail from Amazon saying i am sending too many returns & some are arriving back incomplete. Imcomplete is utter bullshite to try & justify the E-mail. How many time do i have to keep telling them that the record sleeves are mostly damaged prior to packing & when they get damaged in transit it is because of their imcompitent packing or lack of it. Heres a record i recieved this morning with no packing at all apart from a grey plastic bag even though when i ordered it i marked on the order for it to be packed. As soon as i get my refunds im cancelling my account. I spend thousands on Amazon a year no more. I am totally done with them.  |

Probably because this seller wants £123 for an original pressing of Rumours. Must update my record values on the database. It's very cheap compared to his Led Zep and Black Sabbath prices. |

Yes greedy but it does fetch a lot in general, its only a friggin standard compilation. Just an addition of a rare track ["I Talk to the Wind"] from Judy Dyble with Giles Giles & Fripp that i still cannot get my head around why they put that on here even to this day.

Just an addition of a rare track ["I Talk to the Wind"] from Judy Dyble with Giles Giles & Fripp that i still cannot get my head around why they put that on here even to this day. Must look out for one. That track would make it collectable. Would probably want to pay no more then £30. |
