April 1970 issue piece on the NICE Emmo & CRIMBO Lake to form ELP but is unamed & no choice of drummer at that point.
ELP started recording their Debut LP in July 1970. So it was all decided, material sorted & in the studio within three months.
Starting in the 1971 issues theres a section called 'PROGRESSIVE SOUNDS & PEOPLE'
