I always feel people with giant collections of things are not wired up correctly, maybe an insecurity issue where they need to be surrounded with things. We know a lot have this keeping up with or outdoing mates & forum members alike, which is beyond pathetic.
I personally amass large quantities of things in a short period of time but gets to a point where i then get shut when it gets too big. Only so much stuff you can listen/watch. Absolutely no point in keeping things you dont use. 100 LP's/CD's are enough for me to cope with. 75% of the Genre i listen to regarding music is total shit anyway so not really any threat of a giant collection there, as for TV programmes/movies on DVD. thats dead easy to keep under control cos most everything is rubbish anyway LOL
