I visit 3 secondhand stores most everyday looking at the record bins.
NOTHING half-decent has showed up since ass-fucked Christ Christmas.
This morning I see this guy gots the first Keith Hartley Band lp. If I had been there 5 minutes earlier, that would have been mine.
If I were wealthy ALL the lps would come to me with little or no effort on my part.
I could fuck everyone.

Our cack shops are always cack, been a few exceptions E-bay was the problem, people used to go out purposely to pick up cheap shit & list it for profit

Im off to charity shops tomorrow as it happens im wanting cheap old CD'S from 80' for the inlay trays cos these modern clear ones are shit, the disc retainers break & they generally look stupid with no spine covering down the left side of the jewel case. If im lucky ill pick up a couple of white trays for a couple of Repertoire CD's that some twat swapped up to general black ones.

Nipped in charity shop on my way home, this one was only a tiny place just a small box of old CD, managed to get half a dozen proper inlay trays to replace those shitty fragile clear plastic ones you get now. I just need another hundred. Got five CD's for a quid.  |

I never find any good vinyl in charity shops. It’s all Mantovani, Perry Como, Peters and Lee or K-Tel shite. Everything always looks manky too. The covers look like they’re been stored in a garage for a decade and the discs look like they’ve been cleaned with an orbital sander.
They always stick them in a pile, on the floor and in a dark corner. I’ve stopped bothering to look at them now, because it’s always the same.

I already have two versions of this but this one is on the London Phase 4 label which is tops for separation.
