Heres a picture of where i grew up down the Road where the Yellow arrows pointing. That picture is Pre 1903 because there are no tramlines in the road yet. My Junior school was just across from our house but was demolished in the early 80's  Old bird there scrubbing the Coal dust from around the cellar grate like they did back then  |

The thing that strikes me most is the posh twat doing the voiceover. I’d have loved to see him do 10 hours work there, let alone 10 years.

Another old film of Parkgate. Iron & Steel works at the start. The then newish Shopping Centre at the top of the Hill with cark park on the top floor which was a white elephant, Those Flats were also new around the corner, they were always an eye sore. The Bingo Hall is the back of what used to be the Regal Cinema that closed 1967. It became a Snooker Hall after the Bingo Hall, then a NETTO & i think then a JOB LOT.
