I was watching catch up PANARAMA about weight loss & this new drug they inject to aid it. Why Gov don't ban Junk Food & also slam manufacturers that sell High fat/Saturated fat in food products.. They are the ones that are gonna cop for the cost at the end of it.
Anyhoots
Brekkie: Chopped spring onion & Mushroom omelette, Eggs are great for stopping you getting hungry till Lunch
Lunch: Chicken/Pasta Salad
Tea: Not decided yet but i bought some 5% Fat Pork lean mince. So probably something with this.
Not working anymore i have to be very careful what i eat in a day.

We're both too damned knackered when we get up in the morning to do brekkies like that If my glucose average levels get to a certain rate (I think '8' is the cut-off for us T2's), then my next step will be a one per week injection which will help weight too (I lost half a stone last year but it fluctuates and I need to lose another stone to get back to where I was in my twenties). Thing is, I'm a comfort eater in depression states and nibble too much if not careful. You're quite right Andr'e in that diet and filling if not fattening food is the answer really, but most peeps these days are totally apathetic and don't seem to know/care (or the usual excuse about not having the time) what to do.

Brekki: Ready to eat Smoked Mackerel Fillets, Just warm em up.. Full of oil but good for you, Don't have these too often because they can be fattening but if you balance your food out in a day your ok. Two pack but we only have one fillet each
Lunch: Salad
Tonight: Home made Ratatouille

Well this will be embarrassing but when I’m working I just go without or grab what’s to hand.
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: it was 3pm before I even thought about lunch. I had a cereal bar and coffee.
Tea: Tuna, sweetcorn and potatoes. Coffee.
Just now: bowl of cereal. More coffee.
I do seem to recall downing a pint of water at some point but I’ve no idea when.

Loving the air fryer (thanks for telling me to try one). Just had some Tesco Plant Chef veggie sausages with some Tesco roasters (I eat them as though they were fat chips). Bloody lovely, they were. 20 minutes, no mess, no hassles.

It tastes so bloody good too. It must be 20 years ago now, but we have a George Foreman mini oven that do much the same thing. Then they stopped making them. This air fryer I’d better though.
We are definitely eating more proper cooked food since we got it.
