Nice. They are Mk.2, I think they were Peerless Tweeters.. the Mk.1 used ISOPHON tweeters. People don't like those ISO Tweeters, i thought they were ok. Sounded great in the old 70's MORDAUNT SHORT 'PAGEANT Mk,2' & 'FESTIVAL Mk,2'

Nowt wrong worth the Goldring 1042. You just have to be able to set it up. It's a very fine stylus profile so you have to get it spot on. It flies through my shure set up test record as good as any other cartridge and better than most.. It's one of the best moving magnets out there.

No idea what model but they were big and old with the biscuit coloured grilles. They were being driven by some one-box naim streamer and sounded absolutely awful. It was very clear that the source was shite and I suspect the amplification was probably not much better, so I didn’t judge.

TBH For one i have Zero interest in American Hi-Fi or enthusiasts secondly speakers without Physical Bass units, no thanks.
